HRERA Gurugram / Consumer Commission
Delayed possession, refund with interest, assured-return and cancellation disputes, and execution of orders against developers. Gurugram allottees are the largest share of this work.
Commercial Court / Arbitral Tribunal
Contract disputes, summary suits, commercial suits with pre-institution mediation, arbitration from notice to award and challenge, and MSME recovery references.
NCLT
Company petitions, oppression and mismanagement, and creditor and debtor representation in insolvency proceedings under the IBC. Drawn from the advocate’s LL.M in corporate law.
MACT, Gurugram
Compensation claims for injury and death, computation of dependency and loss of income, and insurer-side defence. Bring the FIR, post-mortem or injury report and vehicle papers.
District / State Commission
Deficiency in service and unfair trade practice complaints against builders, insurers, banks, hospitals and service providers, and appeals from Commission orders.
High Court
Writ petitions against State action, service and departmental matters, disciplinary proceedings, and challenges to authority orders affecting individual rights.
